Become an ambassador

I work on the Hawkeye Engineering team at DTS Solution (a Beyon Cyber company), where I manage the engineering side of our Managed SOC services. My core focus is on keeping our clients’ SOC platforms reliable and effective, from deployment and day-to-day management to troubleshooting and tuning, and Wazuh plays a key role in that stack. I also enhance and fine-tune detection rulesets and develop custom integrations to strengthen security visibility and cut through the noise for our analysts.

My Wazuh journey started well before this role. I spent more than three years at Wazuh Inc. as a Security Engineer and later a Team Lead, providing technical support to customers of all sizes and training over 100 participants through the “Wazuh for Security Engineers” program.

Replicating and resolving countless real-world issues gave me a deep understanding of how the platform behaves in the field, beyond what the documentation covers. Alongside those technical experiences, working directly with so many users through support calls and training sessions helped me learn what they actually expect from Wazuh and where they tend to struggle.

As a Wazuh Ambassador, I would like to keep testing real-world use cases, write detailed tutorials, and share practical lessons from running Wazuh in production and integrating it across the wider security ecosystem, to help the community get the most out of the platform.
