Emmanuel Bama is a computer science engineer and a recognized expert in technology and innovation, with a strong focus on cybersecurity particularly in prevention and defense systems such as SOC, SIEM, and SOAR.
He is deeply passionate about open-source technologies, believing they are powerful tools to improve lives and drive innovation, especially across African contexts.
Since 2020, Emmanuel has been actively promoting Wazuh in Francophone Africa through:
deployment of the platform in critical infrastructures,
translation of technical guides into French,
and publishing blog articles to raise awareness and build community capacity.
Through these initiatives, Emmanuel has built deep expertise in Wazuh and has become a key resource for supporting organizations and enterprises in Francophone Africa. Today, he is committed to expanding Wazuh’s visibility and adoption across the region and beyond.
