Sebastián has trained more than 50,000 students across Latin America, standing out as a postgraduate professor at renowned universities such as the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Universidad de Chile, Universidad Católica Boliviana, USIL (Peru), and USACH. He is the creator of the first Diploma in Industrial Cybersecurity and the first Diploma in Blueteam in Latin America—initiatives that have strengthened regional cybersecurity.

He has designed over 35 advanced courses in areas such as Blueteam, Redteam, Ethical Hacking, and Information Security Governance.

Sebastián holds multiple postgraduate degrees, including an MBA, and master’s degrees in Fintech, Blockchain, Industrial Cybersecurity, and Cyberterrorism. He also holds diplomas in Artificial Intelligence, Cybercrime, and Project Management. He is a Civil Engineer in both Computer Science and Cybersecurity.

He has earned more than 30 professional certifications, including SCF Practitioner and Architect, MITRE ATT&CK, Threat Hunting, Digital Forensics, SOC Assessment, Purple Teaming, Cloud Security, Ethical Hacking, and Blockchain. He is also certified in international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 22301, as well as in cybersecurity applied to artificial intelligence and attack simulation.

His approach combines academic and practical experience, establishing him as a comprehensive reference in training, strategy, and cyber defense in Latin America.
