Ambassador Program Coordinator

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing team and support the growth of the Wazuh Ambassadors Program. The selected candidate will help build and engage our global ambassador community by coordinating initiatives, fostering collaboration, and creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and advocacy across the Wazuh ecosystem.

Marketing Team

The Marketing team at Wazuh is responsible for increasing brand awareness, supporting community growth, and strengthening our global presence across the cybersecurity ecosystem. We work closely with technical teams, the open-source community, partners, and contributors to showcase Wazuh's capabilities through content, events, digital campaigns, and community initiatives.

Your role in Wazuh

As an Ambassador Program Coordinator, you will help grow and strengthen the Wazuh Ambassador community by supporting daily program operations and fostering engagement across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the coordination and day-to-day management of the Wazuh Ambassadors Program (EMEA).
  • Building relationships with ambassadors and encouraging active participation within the community.
  • Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of online and in-person community events.
  • Monitoring community engagement and preparing reports on participation, feedback, and program metrics.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to create and promote content showcasing ambassador initiatives and success stories.
  • Coordinating the logistics, shipping, and distribution of ambassador merchandise.
  • Supporting continuous improvements to the program by identifying opportunities to enhance the ambassador experience.

What you bring along

  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience coordinating events, communities, or similar initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of community management and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
