We are looking for an engineer interested in taking part in our Wazuh Cloud team. The main tasks will include the maintenance, monitoring and support of our Wazuh Cloud infrastructure and processes.

The Cloud team ensures the proper operation of Wazuh as a service and its development. Its work covers the following areas: software development, DevOps and IT security.

Job description
Your role in Wazuh
Our role is defined by the following:
- Continuously monitor system health and performance to prevent incidents before they occur.
- Respond promptly to service disruptions and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Coordinate with various teams to restore service functionality.
- Develop automated solutions to streamline routine operational tasks.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in the Wazuh community as an expert on Wazuh and its cloud service.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
Required skills
- Experience in a similar role.
- A deep understanding of Linux environments.
- Well versed in Python and Bash scripting language.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Highly-motivated, pro-active and responsible.
- Fluent in English.
Bonus skills
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Comfortable learning and eager to use new technology.
- IT security background.
