Education Program Coordinator
We are looking for a talented individual to join our Marketing team and support the growth of the Wazuh Education Program. The selected candidate will help build strong relationships with universities, training centers, instructors, and educational partners by coordinating initiatives, expanding our global education network, and creating opportunities for knowledge sharing and official Wazuh certification through the Wazuh Academy.

The Marketing team at Wazuh is responsible for increasing brand awareness, supporting community growth, and strengthening our global presence across the cybersecurity ecosystem. We work closely with technical teams, the open-source community, partners, and contributors to showcase Wazuh's capabilities through content, events, digital campaigns, and community initiatives.

Your role in Wazuh
As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding Wazuh’s educational ecosystem by building relationships with instructors, universities, and training organizations worldwide. You’ll help establish Wazuh as a trusted educational platform while supporting the development and growth of our official Education Program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identify universities, training centers, and instructors already teaching or referencing Wazuh, and invite them to join the Wazuh Education Program.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and instructors for program onboarding.
- Research academic programs, course platforms, public syllabi, and educational content to identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Manage and support Wazuh’s global network of trainers and educational partners.
- Ensure instructors have access to the resources, training materials, lab environments, and demonstrations required to deliver high-quality courses.
- Coordinate the certification process for instructors to become officially recognized Wazuh trainers through the Wazuh Academy.
- Design, organize, and deliver instructor certification sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Wazuh and the instructor community.
- Collect feedback from trainers and educational partners to continuously improve the program.
- Help define, document, and optimize the Education Program’s processes, workflows, and long-term strategy.
- Maintain and update training materials and educational resources.
- Track instructor progress, program adoption, and key metrics, providing regular reports on the program’s performance.
What you bring along
- Native or professional proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Success.
- Experience working with educational environments (universities, colleges, vocational training centers, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, international team.
