Your role in Wazuh


As a Technical Account Manager at Wazuh, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure configurations, forging strong partnerships built on trust and expertise.
  • Establish and maintain your role as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues, offering valuable insights and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to shape the technical account strategy, identifying opportunities for sales leads and customer growth.
  • Research and propose high-level technical solutions for our customers, preparing diagrams, reports, and leading technical discussions.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and conference calls. Review service quality, infrastructure requirements, systems capacity, and diligently drive mutually agreed project plans and issues lists.
  • Actively promote Wazuh’s capabilities and product roadmaps, identifying potential prospects for future sales and expansion.
  • Perform ongoing capacity planning by regularly reviewing infrastructure and Wazuh capacity, ensuring customers’ infrastructure meets their evolving needs.
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to customers, enabling them to maximize the use of Wazuh products and features effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate customer needs, suggesting improvements or additional features that align with their evolving requirements.

What you bring along

  • Experience in technical support and sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in Linux environments, with relevant certifications highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to analyze complex technical issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Must have technical knowledge of security, administration, and cloud technologies, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
