The Wazuh Data Protection Agreement applies whenever Wazuh processes Customer Personal Data on your behalf in connection with its Services. It explains how that data is protected and handled, including the use of subprocessors, security incidents, deletion, data subject requests and international transfers. It also addresses AI-enabled features and clarifies when Wazuh acts as a processor or as an independent controller. The DPA works alongside your applicable agreement or order with Wazuh.
